DEANDRA CLARKE
Deandra, a Virginia Commonwealth University graduate with a B.A. in Radio Broadcasting: Mass Communications, expanded her 12-year recreational dance career by founding 4 The Streetz Choreography in 2002, a hip hop performance company that offers post-high school opportunities for dancers. Professionally trained in Los Angeles, she has performed with artists like Ne-Yo, Alicia Keys, and Hilary Duff, and upon returning to Richmond in 2009, she became deeply involved in the independent music scene by choreographing for local and national artists, coaching dance teams, and teaching at various studios.
As a talent agent and manager, Deandra has been providing quality brand management and booking essentials to a broad range of artists, sculptors, dancers and entertainers, She has provided talent for MTV, VH1, international dance competitions, world renowned art galleries, corporate events, high capacity venues, and more. Her extensive dance career, coupled with her management expertise, positions her as a highly knowledgeable and capable dance agent, dedicated to creating exceptional opportunities in dance and entertainment
Currently in the 22nd year of her professional dance career, Deandra is an accomplished choreographer, dance instructor, dance advocate and Adjunct Professor of Hip Hop Dance History at the University of Richmond. She has been championing the growth of the local dance community through dance initiatives such as the Virginia Dance Awards (Founder and Artistic Director), Studio 4 Dance Agency (Owner and Dance Agent), Dogtown Dance (Board of Directors, serving as Vice President) and the Virginia Commission of the Arts (Advisory Panel).

CIERRA SUMTER
Cierra, a Virginia Beach native, is a dynamic dance professional with extensive experience in performance, choreography, coaching, and arts administration. She holds a B.F.A. in Dance and Performing Arts/Theatre from Old Dominion University and an M.Ed. in Higher Education from Liberty University, dedicating her career to developing dancers across competitive, collegiate, and professional platforms. As the founder of Beyond Borders Performing Arts and CS Dance Project, she provides dancers with elite training, industry exposure, and performance opportunities. She is the Head Coach for the VCU Ramettes and Henrico High School's Pure Elegance Dance Teams, mentoring dancers in technique, performance quality, and audition preparation.
Her professional credits include performing internationally in a Marriott commercial, serving as a contracted dancer and former dance captain for the Virginia Opera, and working with Synergy Dance Company. She has also danced for Kelly Krash Dance Theater, various modern-based companies, and Norfolk State University's Dance Theater. Beyond concert dance, Cierra has worked in the commercial and sports entertainment industries, dancing behind local artists and performing for semi-professional teams, including the Petersburg Cavaliers, Richmond Elite semi-pro basketball team, and multiple semi-pro arena football teams. She has also brought high-energy performances to venues like Maryland Live Casino.
A dedicated educator and mentor, Cierra has taught at several studios and served as the Artistic and Company Director for Royalty Dance in Fredericksburg, VA, preparing pre-professional dancers for collegiate and professional opportunities. Her contributions to the dance community earned her the 2020 VA Dance Awards title for Community Dancer of the Year. Passionate about talent development, industry networking, and career guidance, she remains committed to fostering excellence, accessibility, and representation in the dance industry.
